We get a lot of questions about our gear and thought it was time to give an updated post about some of our most used and loved items you can find in our bags…as well as some of our favorite products that we offer clients!

Cameras + Lenses

We shoot with Canon 5d Mk IIIs and IVs. We both have different lenses we prefer to use in different situations. Stehvn’s favorite is the 70-200 while Kelly prefers the 135.

Lighting

As with anything in photography what we use for lighting depends on the shot and the situation. On the go we rely mostly on our speedlites while in studio our Einstein is our work-horse.

Favorite Products

We’ve used USB Memory Direct for flash drives for our wedding couples for years and they never disappoint! We just got in a new order of drives (these are the Ubie Ninja) and I’m loving the sleek, tiny, and adorable look! All of our wedding couples get their images delivered online as well as on one of these little guys.

Albums are always my favorite way to round out a session! Of course getting photos up on the wall is always a goal as a photographer but many sessions capture so many sweet details and images that the best way to keep those memories around to look at is an album featuring them all!
